    Great list of songs! I've heard several of these and really enjoy them.
    I will admit, though, that while I love them, some of these songs I've been hearing just a little too much on Christian radio these days...

    Hi Sunny, Yeah I was a bit behind this year with my song recommendations so I just combined the first half of the year into one post... so some of the songs are a bit old by now- still good but a little played out :)

    As far as following my blog... hmmm... request to be part of my Google+ circle and you can follow it that way :)

    Hi again, Craig--forgive me for bombarding you with comments but....I just found out that Jody McBrayer(from Avalon) is apparently releasing a new solo album next year!! :D Just thought I'd let you know. ;) Here's to hoping radio decides to be smart and play some of the album's singles. :)

DC Talk When it was announced that Kevin Max was joining the newly reformed Audio Adrenaline, small glimmers of hope sprang into the hearts of 90's CCM fans everywhere as they imagined the mother of all tour possibilities: Toby Mac & Diverse City with Michael Tait & Newsboys and Kevin Max & Audio Adrenaline... and since they're all together why not throw in a DC Talk reunion!!! Top 14 Albums of 2014

2014 was a great year in Christian music! Although radio continues to play the same 20 songs for 2 years, there's been plenty of good music circulating your local Bible book store. So get out there (or go to iTunes) and buy these albums ASAP! 1. NEEDTOBREATHE- Rivers in the Wasteland NEEDTOBREATHE is always in the top 3 on my year end charts, when they release an album, and usually if I place them lower than #1 I regret it later. NTB albums usually are slow burners. But Wasteland was an instant classic to me. Sure, there are songs that will have to grow on me (Carolina, State I'm In) but this is clearly some of NTB's best work. Their refocus on Christ and spiritual themes throughout added to their love of all things grandiose and acoustic bring the perfect balance of passion and professionalism to the table.
